We are looking for a leadership personality with expertise and passion who actively helps shape everyday kitchen life.
You maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously, stay close to the team, and are in direct contact with our guests. You take overall responsibility for our buffet, the heart of our operation. You motivate and further develop your team while maintaining a close exchange with the local management team. We pursue common goals without forgetting that joy of life and satisfaction in everyday life are just as important.
Your tasks:
Planning, leadership, coaching, and training of the approx. 8-10 assistant cooks/cooks
Co-shaping, consolidating, and implementing workflows and processes
Responsible for the entire production process & goods management
Active cooperation at all stations
Implementation of the specified production basics & shared responsibility for occupational safety in production
Compliance with goods and personnel cost specifications as well as accounts payable control
Implementation of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
Responsibility and recording of the monthly inventory
Your profile:
Completed EFZ or equivalent training, higher vocational qualification in the areas of kitchen, F&B, nutrition and health
At least 8-10 years of professional experience
Further education in the area of leadership and several years of experience in a management function
High level of personal responsibility and assertiveness
German language skills at level C1 (written and oral)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as common payroll and time tracking systems, ordering software
