Job description
The second de cuisine supervises a team of approximately ten employees in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day. He/she supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As the reference for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6h00 to 15h with some exceptional evening interventions.
Profile sought
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in contract catering, ideally Eldora, with recognized and structured management. The person must be well-presented, discreet and able to collaborate with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
