For the Service Center Education, we are looking for the School-age Care (SeB) area for the Sonnenberg location as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, possibly you as Team Leader Regeneration Kitchen School-age Care 77 % Your tasks • Long- and short-term planning, organization, and management of kitchen operations for three care locations • Overview and responsibility for the daily preparation of meals (lunch and afternoon snack) taking into account allergies, intolerances, and special dietary forms • Administrative tasks in connection with operational management (monitoring and compliance with the budget, processing of orders, settlements, etc.) • Design of offers and menus for the supervised students in accordance with current nutritional guidelines and sustainability requirements • Orders and purchasing from the specified suppliers • Preparation, regeneration, plating, and provision of meals for the buffet in the children's restaurant • Preparation of fresh appetizers, additional offers, alternatives for students with intolerances or allergies, and the afternoon snack offer • Management of kitchen operations as well as the housekeeping assistants of the three locations • Cooperation with the site managers of the three care locations • Cooperation with peers from other care locations • Creation and administration of the duty rosters for the subordinate personnel • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to the guidelines of the cantonal food inspection office • Participation in process optimization in the areas of kitchen, nutrition, and housekeeping Your profile • Cook with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) or completed vocational training and much experience in the kitchen in a similar context • Ideally, leadership experience already present • Joy and interest in working with children • Flexible and reliable personality • Friendly interaction with children and colleagues • Good computer skills (Office programs, online orders, menu planning) • Good German skills (spoken and written), at least level B2 Your chance • Contemporary employment conditions • Good transport connections • Working hours from Monday to Friday generally between 8:30 to 18:00 • 13 weeks vacation Further information will be gladly provided by Angela Keller, Head of Care, via E-Mail: angela.keller@thalwil.ch or by telephone at 044 723 24 28.
