Chef de Rang

The employer is looking for two:

Chef de Rang - Ristorante Easy (reported profession)

Tasks:

• take and manage reservations via the Localina reservation system
• co-responsible for the daily mise en place
• welcome and bid farewell to customers
• excellent knowledge of the food, beverage, and wine menu
• service of food and beverages
• advise the customer
• prepare the bill and collect payment
• polite communication with customers and colleagues
• responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, order, and cleanliness of one's station
• independently handle cleaning: cleaning cutlery or glasses, disposing of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning tasks
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other premises of the Seven Group

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian and English
• driving license cat.B

• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
