Your main tasks You support the head chef in implementing our culinary vision and take over the responsibility of the entire kitchen area in their absence. As a communicative leader, you lead, train, and accompany the kitchen team and create an environment where everyone likes to work. You ensure a smooth organization and planning of kitchen processes, including timely ordering and preparation of all ingredients. With passion and precision, you actively participate in the preparation of our dishes and ensure that quality and consistency are right on every plate – even with up to 200 seminar guests per meal. Innovative food concepts are developed by you with manual skills and creativity and the offer is adapted seasonally. Your profile Completed vocational training as a chef | EFZ 6 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally already as a Sous Chefin | Sous Chef or in a similar function Enjoyment of administrative tasks and safe handling of MS-Office programs Creativity and passion for fresh, regional products Very good oral and written German skills required, English skills an advantage Mobility (Wolfsberg is about 20 minutes' walk from Ermatingen train station) Your perspectives Member of a 15-member, committed, and collegial team Variety in the job and opportunities to make a lot of moves and shape Well-plannable working hours, mostly from Monday to Friday, wherever possible without room service Weekends and holidays usually Very attractive, international working environment in an idyllic setting Free parking About us Wolfsberg – UBS Center for Education and Dialogue is the exclusive seminar and conference center of UBS AG in a unique location in Ermatingen TG.
