L1 Support Engineer \- Digital Workplace (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for an L1 Support Engineer \- Digital Workplace (f/m/d) responsible for supporting users in the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions at different sites in Switzerland. Start planned in October 2026\. Your mission Provide level 1 IT support to users, remotely and directly on site. Accompany users in the use of Microsoft 365 tools, notably Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Outlook. Resolve common incidents related to the Digital Workplace environment and escalate issues requiring additional expertise. Train and advise users on best practices in order to facilitate the adoption of new collaborative tools. Travel regularly to the different sites in Switzerland in order to ensure local support during the deployment of solutions. Your profile Professional experience in IT support, service desk or user support, with good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment\. Very good communication skills, sense of service and ability to accompany with patience users having different levels of IT proficiency. Autonomous, organized, proactive personality oriented towards problem-solving. Excellent command of German, minimum C1 level, as well as a good understanding of French, ideally at B1/B2 level; English is an asset. Availability for approximately 40 % of travel across Switzerland, with occasional overnight stays on site, and driving license mandatory.
