Your area of responsibility

You...

• lead and develop your team with clarity and trust and strengthen individual responsibility, cooperation, and common standards
• are responsible for personnel administration from entry to exit, payroll processes including year-end tasks, and actively participate in the monthly payroll run
• further develop HR processes, controls, data quality, and HR tools and implement improvements pragmatically in everyday life
• take responsibility in projects related to the professionalization, digitalization, and automation of HR Operations
• work in a networked manner within HR as well as cross-departmentally with Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance, as well as external partners and ensure clear, sustainable interfaces

Your profile

You...

• have proven leadership experience – for example as a team leader, functional manager, or project manager
• bring several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration in Switzerland and possess a solid professional foundation in payroll and the relevant HR processes
• know Swiss social insurance, withholding tax, and operationally relevant labor law topics very well and have experience with payroll runs and year-end tasks
• enjoy working "hands-on" in operational HR admin and payroll topics and combine this with a conceptual view of processes and their further development
• are a clear, solution-oriented, and development-oriented personality who enjoys taking responsibility, bringing people along, and actively shaping changes
