Call Agent EN/DE/FR

On behalf of an important entity operating in the financial services sector, we are looking for a figure to be inserted at the Bioggio location, as a Call Agent (IT/DE/FR). Main responsibilities: ### • Manage inbound calls providing assistance to customers. • Respond professionally to requests relating to debit cards and credit cards. • Support customers in the use of digital services, the web portal, and the dedicated app. • Guarantee a high quality of service, offering clear, effective, and customer satisfaction-oriented advice. • Provide timely assistance in delicate situations, such as theft or loss of the card, blocks, and reporting of possible fraud. Requirements: ### • Commercial training or professional experience in other fields accompanied by a strong motivation to work in contact with telephone customers. • Previous experience in customer service or call center activities constitutes a preferential qualification. • Excellent command of Swiss German, German, French, and Italian; knowledge of English represents a plus. • Rapid learning ability, operational precision, and autonomy in managing activities. • Positive attitude, customer orientation, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively even in moments of higher pressure. • Good familiarity with the MS Office package, interest in technological tools, and familiarity with digital applications and systems.
