Office Manager:in Administration - Accounting & Backoffice

Your tasks

• Support for the management and project managers in administrative and organizational matters
• Planning and coordination of appointments as well as handling correspondence and document management
• Operating the telephone switchboard as well as managing telephones and mailboxes
• Execution of general administration and secretarial work
• Creation and follow-up of offers as well as timely invoicing
• Monitoring open pending items and providing support in their processing
• Preparation and posting of accounts payable invoices
• Participation in monthly and quarterly closings as well as preparation of financial data and evaluations
• Implementation of the dunning process
• Management and control of time tracking
• Maintenance of customer, project, and master data in Abacus as well as ensuring high data quality

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience in administration, ideally with experience in accounting
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Abacus
• Very good MS Office skills
• Proficient German in speaking and writing; English and French skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Strong service orientation as well as organizational talent
