Chef de Partie (m/w) WINTER SEASON

Tasks: • You are responsible for preparing the food at your assigned station • You prepare the mise en place for the respective station • You can contribute to the co-design and further development of the offering in cooperation with the entire F&B team • You work at banquets, events, and seminars • You are responsible for the receipt of goods and the management of the warehouse • You are responsible for cleanliness and order at your assigned station • You successfully implement the Sunstar quality and service standards • You correctly implement the hygiene and occupational safety guidelines • You ensure extremely careful handling of food, consumables and materials, equipment, and machines with the aim of caring for the environment and promoting sustainability Requirements: • You are a Swiss or EU citizen • You are a trained cook and have at least 2 years of professional experience in comparable hotels • You possess good specialist knowledge and a love for the profession • You have good knowledge of goods management and control • You have good knowledge of the English language, knowledge of the German language is an advantage We require a few things that we fundamentally consider to be very important: friendliness, openness, accessibility, own motivation, specialist knowledge and joy in what you have decided to do professionally - in short, Ambition & Fascination!
