As a Sommelier (m/f/d), you will enrich the Kulm Hotel with your expertise, create tailor-made wine recommendations for our sophisticated international guests, and actively contribute to the success of our house. You are a passionate host and inspire our guests in daily service, at events, and banquets with expert, charming advice on the perfect wine pairing. In close cooperation with our Head Sommelier and the restaurant managers, you will contribute ideas for coordinating wine and beverage recommendations for our menus and outlet concepts. The wine cellar is your passion: you support the professional care, organization, and storage of our exclusive wine assortment. You actively support the F&B team in implementing innovative concepts revolving around wine and spirits to create unique taste experiences for our guests. With your trained eye, you guarantee compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards as well as the smooth provision of wines in all outlets. This is you A completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally supplemented by profound sommelier training (e.g., Sommelier Diploma, WSET Level 3, or comparable qualification). Experience as a Sommelier in upscale hospitality or gastronomy. Deep enthusiasm for the world of wines and spirits, combined with excellent communication skills, style, and a strong guest orientation. A high degree of team spirit, flexibility, and the joy of continuously deepening your own expertise. Fluent German and very good English skills; Italian skills are a great advantage.
