What you do • You make a significant contribution to the further development of our existing Schaden processes and develop innovative solutions for simplification and automation in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction • You drive strategic initiatives and projects forward to create additional benefits for customers and the organization • You support the introduction and further development of new technologies and maximize their potential • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote the transformation and development of the Schaden Sach- and Haft area • You develop and implement measures to strengthen technical expertise and support the harmonization and centralization of processes in different teams What you bring • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in process optimization or Business Development • Pronounced analytical and strategic thinking, combined with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a large corporate environment • High IT affinity and technological competence, particularly in the application and implementation of digital tools and platforms • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1/C2 level), French language skills are an advantage Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Bernd Makasy (044 628 42 14) Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: up to 40% \#LI-Hybrid We look forward to your online application - also without a cover letter.
