What you can contribute

• Be responsible for all activities related to the assignment and execution of business at the level of the Instruction command (triage, business steering, quality assurance, deadline compliance)
• Participate in the development and design of business processes (in particular workflows) of the Instruction command and the Defense Group, as well as in the promotion of business process automation, including the programming of technical data
• Ensure the initial and continuous training of the Instruction command staff in the use of the ACTA NOVA system and GEVER processes, as well as the training of Confederation personnel in the field of workflow configurations and technical data in the ACTA NOVA system
• Support the Head of Business Management in the implementation, pursuit and updating of the digital filing of documents as well as in the development and maintenance of knowledge management in daily activities
• Advise staff in choosing the document filing that is most compliant with regulations and most efficient

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational training in the commercial field or equivalent training, as well as 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the function
• Good active knowledge in at least one second official language
• Very good knowledge of the GEVER application (technical and system environment, GEVER 2 expert, organizational directives, GEVER regulations, retention schedule)
• Very good IT knowledge, great personal initiative and interest in the development and improvement of existing processes and systems
• Marked customer and service orientation, associated with a sense of responsibility and a taste for collaboration with different contact persons
• Ideally, professional experience in military administration

The Instruction command (cdmt Instr) is responsible for instruction within the Swiss Army -- from recruitment to training of officers for the militia and career soldiers, including general basic instruction. The cdmt Instr includes the Higher Officer Training, Army Personnel, five application trainings, the Army Instruction Center as well as the specialized service Women in the Army and diversity. One third of the approximately 2350 employees practice civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting fields and, along with career soldiers, contribute to the success of the army.
