As part of our ambition to develop the Campus, our company's training center, into a central driver of competency development in line with our corporate strategy, we are looking for a Head of Campus, Learning & Development. In this function, you will take over the management of a continuously evolving training center. You will steer the conception and implementation of innovative and effective learning solutions and programs that are tailored to the strategic, technical, and regulatory requirements of the company. This will allow you to make a direct contribution to the development of future competencies and accompany the further development and transformation of our organization. The place of work is located in Lausanne, with occasional presence at our headquarters in Wankdorf. The following exciting tasks await you: Development and management of the Campus' educational strategy in collaboration with the HR management, aligned with the HR strategy, business priorities, and the further development of job profiles Further development of an agile and high-performing Campus organization in close cooperation with the departments, as well as early identification of future competency needs Leadership and further development of the Campus teams consisting of learning experts, internal trainers, and administration Responsibility for the further development of the educational portfolio and the design of needs-based learning and development offers Conception and introduction of innovative learning formats such as presence training, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, or learning communities Responsibility for the training budget and management of external partners and service providers Accompaniment of strategic transformation projects and promotion of a culture of continuous learning Ensuring the effectiveness of learning offers using suitable key figures and continuous optimization of processes and offers The following characteristics distinguish you: Several years of experience in accompanying transformation processes and change management Integrative leadership personality with the ability to inspire and achieve common goals with diverse stakeholders Distinct strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and implementation-oriented approach High results orientation, organizational talent, and the ability to set priorities in a targeted manner French as mother tongue, German C1, and English skills B2 University degree (Master) or training in educational management, pedagogy, Learning & Development, or a comparable field In-depth experience in adult education and competency development Proven experience in team leadership, budget management, and leadership of cross-departmental projects Very good knowledge of modern learning offers, handling of LMS platforms, and digital learning formats Good knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry and its regulatory environment Certification in project or change management is an advantage If you enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and feeling comfortable in a dynamic transformation environment while proceeding in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner, then you might be exactly the person we are looking for.
