The employer is looking for two workers (reported profession) for the urban services and environment sector, municipal urban services Main tasks: • to serve as a worker in all areas of activity of the sector, in particular: • grass cutting and surface cleaning activities; • waste collection, emptying bins, management of posts/ecocenters; • territory cleaning (roads, squares, urban furniture, etc.); • activities related to events (assembly/disassembly of structures, setups, supply and collection of material, ...; • activities in the field of urban greenery care (flower beds, parks, irrigation systems, fountains, tree plantings, ...; • playground maintenance; • trail and path maintenance activities; • tree cutting, silvicultural interventions; • various artisanal activities (vehicle repair, wood and masonry construction, excavations, foundations, etc.); • to use all vehicles and equipment made available by the sector, including special ones (navicella, car elevator) if in possession of the necessary qualification; • to manage assigned vehicles and tools and provide for their care and cleaning; • in case of need can be employed as an ecological operator and/or lutocarrista; • to serve for shift work, out-of-hours work, on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, in particular for the market, for other events and for cleaning; • to guarantee the 24-hour service in certain periods of the year; • to serve in emergency situations (bad weather, salt, snow, etc.); • to guarantee other services according to needs. Formal requirements: • Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) preferably in areas relevant to the function being advertised; • category B driver's license. Attitudinal and preferential requirements: • sense of responsibility; • dynamism, flexibility, initiative and collaboration spirit; • suitability for physical work and outdoor work; • good psycho-physical abilities; • attitude to work both autonomously and in a group; • availability to serve as a volunteer firefighter at the Corpo Civici Pompieri di Bellinzona, or possibly being willing to undergo specific training, can be a preferential requirement.
