Job Description We are looking for a Confirmed Test Manager capable of defining, leading and implementing a global test strategy in a context of organizational transformation. A true reference for quality, compliance and risk management of digital services, you will participate in one or more projects conducted in both agile and traditional methodologies. Within our Test Center, you will work closely with project management, development teams and business analysts. You will also play an active role in animating the Test Managers community to share best practices and evolve standards. Responsibilities: Strategy & Management: Define, plan, coordinate and manage the test strategy based on project risks and requirements. Arbitration & Quality: Actively contribute to quality/delay/cost arbitration and perform the necessary quality reporting for "GO / NO GO" decisions. Operational Monitoring: Supervise anomalies, ensure their resolution is monitored and participate, if necessary, in the preparation and execution of tests. Supervision: Supervise, support and motivate testers as well as project teams in the adoption of quality processes and standards. Practice Evolution: Participate in the continuous improvement of testing practices and the exploitation of technological innovations, particularly artificial intelligence applied to test optimization. Documentation: Ensure the production, implementation and monitoring of test processes and associated documentation. Sought Profile Higher education in computer science (university master's degree, engineering diploma or equivalent). Confirmed experience of 5 years and more in test management, ideally in an agile context. Certification in the testing profession (e.g. ISTQB) required. Excellent mastery of: Jira / Xray (test management and execution); Tricentis TOSCA: important mastery of the tool, scenario design (Modules, TestCases, Reusable Components) and repository maintenance; A recognized test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.); An agile project management methodology (Scrum). Solid experience in implementing processes, quality standards and risk analysis related to digital services. Professional French and English (ability to work in a multilingual context). What will make the difference: Advanced TOSCA skills: Experience in automating functional Web and Client tests with TOSCA, or structuring TOSCA architectures. Leadership: Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate and arbitrate with management and stakeholders. Coach posture: Ease in supporting, coaching and training test teams. Innovative spirit: Curiosity and openness to new technologies such as the use of AI to assist in test maintenance or design.
