Cook with interest in dietary care

The employees of the main kitchen, which is located in the Kantonsspital, cook around 1'600 meals daily for patients, employees, guests of the Spitäler Schaffhausen and other external customers. With over 1'700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Every year, we care for around 11'000 inpatient and 90'000 outpatient patients. In addition, we are an important training center in the canton.
