As Assistant Restaurant Manager, the main things are: You manage the entire service area in the absence of the Cluster Restaurant Manager and ensure respectful interaction with each other with the common goal of creating something good for our guests - flexibility - we have 2 restaurants and one team, i.e. the area of responsibility includes breakfast, half board as well as our a la carte restaurant Pasta & More - administrative support in the area of roster design, orders, etc. - You work operationally and are a role model for your team - We are the most highly frequented restaurant in Wengen, to put it in plain German - things really take off with us in both summer and winter. In summer, we mainly deal with international guests, therefore your English should be business fluent. In winter, we then have predominantly Swiss guests, here German is indispensable. What you can expect: • We pay decently and punctually - We work transparently and tidily, every minute is recorded, every minute over the normal working time is celebrated off or paid out. - We talk to each other - where the journey should go - short-term, medium-term and long-term. - We are there for each other. If there are problems, we pull together and solve them together. - We have accommodations and serve good food in our canteen 3x daily. Anyone who does not want to cook can eat in the hotel at any time, even on days off. - At certain times, the wellness area can be used. - If guest demand allows, massages can be booked with a 50% reduction. - Anyone who has visitors and wants to eat in our a la carte restaurant can do so with permission with a 50% reduction. - Overnight stays in our 2 sister hotels are very affordable through our Family & Friends Rate - so you can take a cheap holiday in Arosa or Sils Maria at any time.
