Under the responsibility of the director of finance, you ensure the operational, human, and strategic management of the accounting department.
You are the guarantor of the quality, compliance, and reliability of accounting data and actively participate in the transformation of the financial processes of Hospice général.

Lead, organize, and supervise the accounting department (25 people) while ensuring a collaborative working climate and the evolution of skills.

Supervise all accounting operations: general accounting, suppliers, debtors, benefits to users, fixed assets, treasury.
Organize financial processes in coherence with the strategy, the objectives of the institution, and the legal framework (general accounting standards, cantonal laws and regulations).
