Senior HR Business Partner \& Teamlead HR 80\-100% In this versatile key role, you combine professional HR Business Partnering with the leadership of a small HR team and overall responsibility for the HR processes. You advise managers at eye level, are responsible for HR administration along the HR lifecycle, and develop the HR organization pragmatically and effectively. To complement our successful team in Urdorf, we are looking for a committed personality as Senior HR Business Partner \& Teamlead HR 80\-100% starting immediately or by arrangement. What you will move: You lead and develop a three-person HR team (two HR Specialists and 1 HR Recruiter) and ensure clear responsibilities, mutual substitution, and high service quality as well as efficiency. You take over the support and HR administration for the employees of the management and the headquarters along the Employee Lifecycle, support our HR Recruiter with management and key positions, and ensure their substitution if necessary. You bear the professional overall responsibility for Payroll, social insurance, HR Compliance, and HR budget for approx. 650 employees. Together with the two HR Specialists, you ensure timely and qualitatively flawless processing. In addition, you ensure that all labor, social insurance, and insurance law requirements are met. You optimize our processes along the Employee Lifecycle, implement the HR strategy pragmatically and effectively, and lead derived projects. You advise and accompany managers and executive management in personnel and labor law issues and handle demanding special cases. You manage the HR annual processes, in particular year-end work, wage and budget processes, as well as the employee appraisal and development process. You further develop HR reporting, coordinate cooperation with internal departments, authorities, insurance companies, and external legal counsel, and ensure reliable interface communication. What defines you: You have at least 7 years of experience in HR, including several years in a comparable HR Business Partner or HR Lead function. You have sound training or further education in Human Resources Management and bring an advanced qualification at CAS, MAS, or comparable level. You are proficient in labor law and confident in handling complex personnel and special cases. You bring sound experience in HR Business Partnering as well as in advising managers and members of the executive management. You have a sound understanding of Payroll, social insurance, absence management, and HR Compliance. You have experience in the optimization of HR processes, implementation of HR KPIs, and the implementation of an HR strategy. You lead a small team clearly, reliably, and in a team-oriented manner and contribute operationally. You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, are service-oriented and quality-conscious, and convince through assertiveness and conflict resolution skills. Your structured and analytical way of working distinguishes you, your networked way of thinking allows you to solve even complex topics, and your IT affinity helps you tackle digitalization projects. You speak German at native level; very good English skills are a big plus. Experience in Retail or in Multi-Site organizations is an advantage.
