Head of Restaurant & Banquet Service

For the Gasthaus zum Trauben in Weinfelden, we are looking for a committed Head of Service (100%) as of September 2026 or by arrangement, who enjoys helping to shape and further develop a historic and modern renovated beautiful hotel with à la carte restaurant and banquet area in the heart of Weinfelden. The Gasthaus zum Trauben is one of the most significant historic buildings in Weinfelden, a historic house with origins dating back to the 16th century. After several expansions and a comprehensive modernization in 2020 and 2021, the building presents itself today as a stylish hotel and gastronomy house, combining historic substance with contemporary architecture. The house has 14 comfortable and atmospheric guest rooms. An à la carte restaurant, a banquet hall, a wine cellar, various meeting rooms, and a terrace make the Trauben one of the most versatile establishments in the region. The combination of history, atmosphere, and modern hospitality creates a place where guests feel immediately at home and like to linger. The concept Swiss cuisine is interpreted in a modern, creative, and seasonal way. Regionality and proximity to producers characterize the offer. Proven classics retain their place and are supplemented by fresh, contemporary dishes. This creates a menu that combines tradition and modernity.
