Store Coordinator (M/F)

Who are we?
Born in Bienne in 2018, SOSUSHI offers Swiss-Japanese fusion sushi, prepared fresh every day on-site. From a small delivery address, we have become a growing group with seven points of sale in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. For our restaurant in Bienne, our first address and our flagship, we are looking for a motivated and organized Store Coordinator.

Your mission:

• You are the person who links the kitchen, customers, and delivery drivers. You ensure that each

order arrives in the right place, at the right time, and in the best possible condition.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage on-site orders: welcoming customers, taking orders, handing over takeaway orders
• Coordinate deliveries: monitoring incoming orders (website, platforms, telephone), organizing routes and communication with delivery drivers
• Ensure telephone availability: taking orders, answering customer questions, and handling potential complaints
• Manage the vehicle fleet: planning usage, monitoring maintenance, fuel, and any

damages

• Perform deliveries yourself when business activity requires it

Your profile:

• Fluent French and German (fluent level, mandatory), both spoken and written. In Bienne, our customers

order just as well in French as in German

• Category B driving license (mandatory)
• Available from Thursday to Sunday, including weekends, as this is when our activity is strongest
• Comfortable on the phone and with online ordering tools
• Excellent stress management (indispensable): you must often manage several urgent tasks at the same time (customers on-site, telephone, deliveries) while remaining calm and efficient
• Organized and reactive
• Initial experience in catering, delivery, or logistics is an asset
