Social Pedagogue, 39% The Heilpädagogisches Schulzentrum (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and promote our students holistically and individually from kindergarten age until leaving school. Our diverse pedagogical offering enables good academic, social, and personal development. For the HPSZ Olten, we are looking for a social pedagogue 1st-3rd Grade, 39%, on a fixed-term basis with a possible option for extension. Your Responsibility Together with a class teacher and a pedagogical staff member, you lead the class with up to eight children. The required percentages are distributed over Tuesdays, Wednesday mornings, as well as Fridays in the teaching weeks. You are committed to individual and small group support for the children in their social-emotional development. You prepare structuring aids and daily plans within the class team. You complete the administrative tasks related to the teaching assignment. Additionally, you participate in meetings and discussions (in the overall and class team, in development planning, parent meetings, interdisciplinary specialist discussions). You have the supervision responsibility for the class lunch table. Your Profile You have a recognized training in social pedagogy. You enjoy working with children in the area of behavioral support.
