What you can achieve with us ##

• Monitoring: You monitor case numbers, costs and service quality of the roadside assistance service providers and ensure KPI compliance. You are also responsible for monitoring specifications, costs and quality in the area of workshop tests
• Analysis: You analyze deviations, causes as well as cost and quality developments and derive targeted improvement measures
• Optimization: You identify sustainable optimization potential and implement measures for quality, cost and efficiency improvement
• Control: You support service provider control, budget control as well as negotiations through sound data preparation and reports
• Project work: You work in projects and on special topics to improve customer satisfaction, costs and service processes

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You bring several years of experience in an analytical function and have already worked with topics such as service, performance or cost management as well as quality indicators (KPIs)
• Education / Further training: You have a basic technical training in automotive technology, supplemented by business administration further training, ideally with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Controlling
• Digital Skills: You have sound knowledge of M365 applications, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP and data analysis
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
• Personality Fit: You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and convince through communication strength, assertiveness as well as high customer orientation
