As an Application Operations Engineer, you are a central pillar for the operation of our OSS-/BSS systems. With your technical understanding, analytical thinking and quality awareness, you ensure that disruptions are resolved quickly - and our systems run stable at all times. Your tasks • You are the point of contact for complex 2nd-level tickets (Jira) that affect our central systems (OSS/BSS) - you analyze, solve and document • In case of deeper problems, you transfer topics to problem or service disruption management • If our monitoring system reports a disruption, you react quickly, find the cause and restore everything to order • Your knowledge doesn't belong in a drawer: you share it with the team and keep it tidy in the documentation • You work closely with 1st- and 3rd-level support • If things get critical, you ensure that all parties involved are informed in good time • Looking for variety?
