Your main tasks:
Warm reception of our customers in the facility and on the phone. Competent order intake: scheduling workshop appointments, recording customer wishes, and joint vehicle handover. Interface to the workshop: close cooperation with our workshop manager and the mechanics. Planning of workshop capacity and appointment monitoring. Offers and billing: creation of cost estimates, explanation of invoices upon vehicle return. Customer care: advice regarding accessories, tires, and service activities.
What you bring with you:
Foundation in the automotive industry: a completed technical basic training in the vehicle industry or commercial training with good technical understanding. Experience in customer service: ideally, you have already worked in a similar function in the service or customer service of a garage. Communication strength: good German skills in speaking and writing, any additional language (Italian) is a great plus. Service gene: you remain calm, friendly, and solution-oriented even in hectic moments. IT skills: confident handling of common dealer systems and MS-Office. Driver's license: valid license of category B.
