Introduction

Tasks

• You manage the kitchen operationally and ensure smooth processes throughout the entire kitchen area
• You actively work at all stations and support where your expertise is required
• You develop seasonal dishes and bring new ideas to the menu
• You ensure a constantly high quality in the preparation and presentation of all dishes
• You coordinate the daily processes and ensure efficient cooperation within the team
• You guarantee the consistent compliance with all hygiene and quality standards according to

Profile

• You have completed training as a Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You have sound professional experience in the kitchen and have already taken on responsibility
• You work independently, organized, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• You know how to support employees and work successfully together as a team
• You have good German language skills for clear communication in the business
• You are ready for shifts in the evening, on weekends, and if necessary with Zimmerstunde
