To support one of its clients, a major player in the world of international organizations, CeRFI is looking for a Team Leader Support IT de Proximité capable of uniting a team, guaranteeing service excellence, and acting as a technical escalation point for the most complex situations.

Your profile ###

You are an IT support professional who has evolved into a leadership role while maintaining strong technical involvement.

Leadership & Management ###

• Proven experience in managing an IT support team;
• Unifying leadership and results orientation;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Sense of service and a culture of operational excellence.

Technical expertise ###

You are able to intervene in the most complex problems encountered by a local support team:

• Windows, macOS and mobile terminals;
• Microsoft Intune and modern workstation management;
• Microsoft 365: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI;
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
• ITSM tools and ITIL® processes;
• User equipment, peripherals and connected meeting rooms;
• Diagnosis, analysis and resolution of complex incidents;
• Knowledge management and technical documentation.

Languages ###

• Fluent French
• Fluent English

Assets ###

• ITIL® Certification.
• Microsoft Modern Workplace Certification.
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
