HR Business Partner – Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition In this capacity, we wish to welcome an HR Business Partner to support the employees and managers of the different populations assigned to them, notably at the general headquarters, and in activities related to production, supply chain, administration and technical office. Your responsibilities Be the local HR partner for the populations assigned to you and advise managers on all HR topics. Manage recruitments for your scope, from the definition of the need to the integration of new employees. Ensure the implementation of HR processes and policies within your scope. Support managers and employees through the various stages of the professional life cycle. Participate in talent development, performance management and employee engagement. Support organizational evolutions and HR projects. Contribute to the definition and implementation of the common HR framework at the Group level. Ensure the consistent application of HR practices and the Swiss legal framework. Your profile Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent field. Proven experience in an HRBP or HR generalist function, ideally in an industrial or international environment for a minimum of 5 years. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and in managing a recruitment portfolio. Good knowledge of HR practices and Swiss labor law. Excellent interpersonal skills, advisory sense and business orientation. Autonomy, pragmatism and collaborative spirit. Fluent French, professional English desired; German, Italian or Spanish an asset.
