100-100% The cross-sectional department Operations consists of the departments Hospitality, Economy, Property Maintenance, Security and Forensic Security of PDAG. The numerous tasks and services not only ensure smooth operation of PDAG, but also provide important prerequisites for the development of treatment efficiency, treatment effectiveness and workplace and treatment attractiveness. In addition, the Operations department is responsible for real estate projects, which include not only the rental and leasing but also the construction of properties, maintenance and renovation of buildings. You will plan and prepare the daily routine according to the menu, check the quality and quantity of the delivered products, process the food and prepare the planned warm and cold dishes according to the learned work techniques and decorate the dishes decoratively.
