You support the Cluster Reservation Manager in coordinating the reservation department and ensure fast and competent processing of the reservation processes, taking into account the in-house quality standards

You support your team in the acceptance, qualification and processing of individual and leisure group bookings for four hotels.

Through proactive upselling, you contribute to a positive operating result

You work closely with other departments such as Revenue Management, Sales and the Front Office and ensure optimal cooperation and communication

In cooperation with Revenue Management, you are responsible for achieving the highest possible occupancy as well as the best possible average rate.

You are an important link between the reservation department and the operational departments on site in the hotels
