Our client is an established, owner-managed company from the Basel region, which specializes in innovative refrigeration, air conditioning, and energy solutions. With individual plant concepts, the company supports customers from commerce, industry, and gastronomy.

To strengthen the team, due to sickness-related, for now temporary (with the option for a later permanent position), we are looking for a committed, reliable, and customer-oriented personality as Customer Service Representative Refrigeration Technology 80–100% (m/f) starting immediately

Your tasks

• Creation of offers and processing of customer inquiries
• Obtaining, ordering, and monitoring of spare parts as well as delivery dates
• Support of customer concerns via telephone, email, and chat
• Processing of complaints and active solution finding
• Support and deputy for the Customer Service Manager
• Coordination and dispatching of service technicians
• Ensuring the necessary information and materials for the service technicians
• Deputy for the Department Manager

Your profile

• Technical training with reference to building services and experience from a comparable function in customer service
• Further training as a Technical Merchant is an advantage
• German as a native language
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
• High quality awareness as well as a reliable and conscientious personality
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as good manners
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
