What awaits you #####

• As HR Business Partner, you support our Retail Business Switzerland and are the first point of contact for our GM, Regional Manager, Store Manager, as well as employees in our branches
• You advise and support managers in all HR topics throughout the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and talent and performance management
• You accompany managers through personnel challenges and support them with labor law and personnel-related issues
• You work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Payroll and People & Organizational Development and ensure a professional and efficient implementation of all HR processes
• You support topics such as absence management, conflict resolution, leadership issues and organizational changes
• You contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of HR processes, standards and the employee experience in the retail environment
• Together with the HR team, you support the further expansion of a modern and professional HR organization in Switzerland
• In addition, you support international retail markets with selected HR projects and initiatives if required

What you bring with you #####

• You have training in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable specialist field
• Further training in the HR field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis) is an advantage
• You bring 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Manager
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in a retail, hospitality or service-oriented environment
• You have very good German skills as well as good French skills and can communicate confidently in both languages in everyday professional life. In addition, you have very good English skills for collaboration in our HQ office
• You have good knowledge of Swiss labor law and confidently advise managers and employees on personnel issues
• You work pragmatically, solution-oriented and independently and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
• You convince through your high social competence, your advisory competence as well as your ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
• You are digitally savvy and are interested in the continuous development of HR processes and systems
