YOUR MISSION :

Reporting to the Gastronomy Manager, you ensure administrative follow-up and operational coordination between the restaurants, suppliers, and internal services. You contribute to the availability of goods and equipment necessary for the teams.

• Ensure follow-up of orders, deliveries, and stocks; control goods and handle discrepancies with teams and suppliers.
• Keep tracking tables, purchase orders, and supplier data up to date, and participate in budget monitoring.
• Coordinate technical interventions and preventive maintenance of equipment with the relevant services, then follow up on their implementation.
• Centralize the needs of the restaurants, transmit priorities to the Gastronomy Manager, and ensure the follow-up of requests.
• Organize event logistics with the teams: material, products, and necessary resources.
• Contribute to the improvement of procedures and the efficient use of resources, in compliance with quality standards and safety and environmental rules.
• Provide occasional support to teams on the ground to ensure service continuity.

YOUR PROFILE :

• CFC in commerce or equivalent administrative training.
• Administrative experience, complemented by experience in catering.
• Good command of Excel and Word, ease with tracking tables and numerical data.
• Rigor, sense of organization, and ability to manage multiple requests autonomously.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a taste for work alternating between administration and presence on the ground.
