Head of Human Resources 80–100% (all)

For our client in Niederweningen, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Head of Human Resources (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started at the beginning of 2027.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of the HR strategy in cooperation with the management
• Advising management, executives, and employees on HR topics
• Responsibility for talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
• Leading change and transformation projects
• Functional leadership of the HR Business Partners in Deutschland and Lettland
• Support of the Swiss location as HR Business Partner

Requirements

• at least 5 years of professional experience in a leading HR function, in an industrial environment
• commercial training with HR further education
• Good understanding of change processes and modern organizational development
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
