IT Application Manager / Process Management / EDI (w/m/d)

Your tasks You manage processes in our versatile business applications - they are important to you and you contribute to ensuring they can be used successfully and further developed You analyze, plan and accompany process optimizations and ensure operations with integration partners and software suppliers You manage our EDI platform and are in close contact with customers and the business You train employees, create and process tickets and are in contact with customers and suppliers by telephone and in writing You undertake general administrative work for the IT department As part of the team, you contribute to the smooth and highly available operation of the services What you bring with you Training as a business information scientist or comparable technical or commercial qualification Experience in the field of application support, analytical skills and problem-solving competence - professional experience in support and/or project management Very good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP software and M365 Experience in EDI projects and corresponding tools (e.g. Lobster) Proactivity and enjoyment of direct customer contact Good German and English skills, French and Italian an advantage You are a service-oriented and independent team player
