Your tasks
In this function, you will take over the independent management of a versatile portfolio consisting mainly of office, commercial, and business properties. You represent the interests of the ownership, understand the needs of the tenants, and ensure that the managed properties are managed professionally, proactively, and in a value-preserving manner.
Your main tasks include:
Independent administrative and technical management of business, office, and commercial properties
Central contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities, facility managers, and other partners
Representation of the ownership in all relevant matters
Preparation, examination, and processing of commercial lease agreements, addenda, terminations, and other tenancy law documents
Accompanying tenancy relationships from leasing through ongoing operations to handover
Coordination of maintenance, repair, and renovation measures
Obtaining offers, conducting price negotiations, as well as preparing decision-making bases and award applications
Close cooperation with accounting, marketing, back office, and management
Participation in budgets, ancillary costs, operating costs, reporting, invoicing processes, and owner information
Active participation in the optimization of processes, templates, and digital workflows
Thinking ahead regarding leasing, space development, property strategy, and value-preserving measures
Your profile
You bring experience in real estate management and enjoy demanding commercial properties. You work in a structured manner, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy taking on responsibility. At the same time, you appreciate an environment in which people support each other, communicate directly, and collectively develop quality.
You ideally bring:
Several years of experience in real estate management, preferably in the field of business, office, or commercial properties
Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or comparable sound practical experience
Secure understanding of tenancy law, management processes, owner interests, and tenant needs
Enjoyment of technical, legal, commercial, and organizational issues
Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and binding communication
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
High service orientation and professional appearance
Good IT user knowledge and openness to digital tools and modern processes
Enjoyment in not just managing, but actively thinking ahead and further developing real estate
