For the Technical Services department at the headquarters in Cham ZG, we are looking for a structured and customer-oriented personality to support our Service Processes team as Specialist Roadside Assistance (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Technical support: You support our Customer Care with mobility concerns and work together with the emergency service center and service partners
• Partner support: You look after service partners and maintain as well as correct data in CRM and SAP systems
• Case management: You process special matters regarding mobility and ensure the correct handling of mobility cases
• Coordination & Reporting: You support the planning and coordination of workshop tests, create reports and carry out system-side adjustments
• Operative support: You support budget and invoice control, participate in projects and take on further administrative tasks in the Service Processes team

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You bring experience in the automotive industry
• Training / Further education: You have a basic commercial education or basic automotive technical education combined with further commercial training
• Digital Skills: You are experienced in working with M365 applications and have experience with SAP and CRM systems
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German, have very good French skills (at least B1) and ideally bring very good Italian skills
• Personality Fit: You maintain an overview even in complex cases, work in a structured and exact manner in several systems simultaneously and convince in exchange with partners through reliability and solution-oriented action
