This is what you can achieve: • Technical customer support in 1st level support for technical and simple application-related inquiries • Customer support in southern Germany, eastern Austria, and in German- and Italian-speaking Switzerland • Representative support for other sales areas within Europe, particularly Germany and Austria • Independent planning and execution of service services at the customer's site • Technical and economic evaluation of customer complaints • Coordination of sustainable solutions with the Technical Support and Application Support Team in Switzerland • Recording and processing of customer complaints and returns in ServiceNow • Logistical and documentary support for Field Service colleagues in Europe • Processing of customer products sent in the Send-in-Service at the Höchst or Domat/Ems locations • Conveying specialist knowledge in customer seminars, webinars, and internal and external training sessions • Carrying out the activity with high travel activity of max. approx. 60-80% This is what you bring: • Completed technical training, ideally as an automation engineer, process engineer, system engineer, or in a related field • Further training at the HF, TS, Bachelor, Master, or similar level is preferred • Initial professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in technical customer contact • Background in connection with the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, or food & beverage is an advantage • Structured and methodical way of working • Very good language skills in English and German, spoken and written Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under jobs.hamilton.ch.
