Clerk Technical Customer Service m/f 100 % (Electrical Fitter, Radio/TV Electrician) Your tasks You advise our customers regarding door communication systems on the telephone in all technical matters (offer inquiries, system problems, orders) in German and Swiss German. You develop solutions for new requirements, process special orders, and create technical documentation (installation diagrams, mechanical drawings, and supporting documents). You support colleagues in the field with project elaborations and promote optimal cooperation with internal as well as external bodies. You primarily enjoy working in a team, but also independently, on time, and precisely. In order to perform these tasks efficiently, you have completed basic electrotechnical training as an Electrical Fitter or Multimedia Electronics Technician/ Radio-TV Electrician. You are a nose length ahead if you have already gained initial experience in network technology (VoIP) and would like to further your education in this area.
