Chef de Service 100 %

We operate a modern dining café with a separate children's play area and also offer seminar rooms with catering as well as banquet events. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled person who, as Chef de Service 100 %, will take responsibility for a smooth operation of guest services, lead the service team, and serve as a central contact person for guests.

What you bring:

• Warm and charming host personality with a professional appearance
• Sound specialist knowledge in the service area as well as solid wine knowledge
• High flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent
• Completed vocational training in gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good German and English skills

Your tasks:

• Independent management of day and evening service including cash closing
• Guest reception, care, and consultation
• Reservation management as well as ensuring smooth service operations
• Active sale and consultation of menus and drinks
• Participation & implementation of training & briefings
• Onboarding of new employees
• Operative support during the implementation of events
• Support in achieving company goals
