Tasks • Readiness for deployment in various kitchen positions in a team of 2-3 employees including trainees • Preparing, cooking and serving all dishes • Independent provision of Mise en Place • Ordering and goods receipt control in his area of competence • Assistance in designing the offer and contributing personal ideas • Main place of work: à la Carte Bistro with an average utilization of 30-50 guests per service • Deployments in catering and production • Compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations according to ISO Requirements • Successfully completed training as a cook • First experience in a comparable position in high-end gastronomy/hotel industry • Negotiation-secure German.
