As a breakfast cook (m/f), you ensure a successful start to the day for our guests by preparing a fresh, varied, and attractively presented breakfast. You work independently or in a team and always pay attention to cleanliness, quality, and smooth processes in the breakfast area.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook and/or at least 2 years of professional experience
• Good German and/or English skills
• Conscientious, flexible, and resilient
• Quality-conscious
• Team player

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the smooth operation in our open breakfast show kitchen
• À la minute preparation of all egg dishes in front of our guests
• Preparation and presentation of warm and cold dishes
• Responsibility for the setup and breakdown, as well as the management of the breakfast buffet
• Ensuring that all preparations are completed on time and in full
• Guaranteeing first-class food quality
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas in compliance with applicable food law regulations (HACCP)
• Control of food quality and compliance with the specified standards
• Careful and efficient handling of food, work equipment, and kitchen utensils
• Close cooperation with other kitchen stations and the service team to ensure efficient communication and guest satisfaction
