The Service du personnel et d'organisation (SPO), which is a central service of the Etat de Fribourg, implements the management and leadership of human resources and the organization of the canton. The SPO acts in accordance with legal provisions as well as the policies and strategies decided by the Conseil d'Etat. Furthermore, at the operational level, it ensures the payment of wages for all State personnel. The section « Développement du personnel et de l'organisation » has as its main missions organizational and professional development, including initial vocational training and continuing education, the management of job analysis, as well as the support of the budgetary procedure (post management). Join our team and play a key role in the implementation of measures and projects related to continuing education. You will act at the heart of skill development, by designing training systems and deploying measures adapted to field realities. You will also contribute to strengthening the support of employees and managers in their professional practice, while promoting learning approaches and supporting the transfer of skills.
