The Restaurant Viadukt in Zürich is looking for a motivated personality for the position of Head of Service Restaurant Viadukt 80 –100% starting immediately or by arrangement. In the Restaurant Viadukt in Kreis 5, we pamper our guests 7 days a week in a unique atmosphere with creative, market-fresh, and regional cuisine. At lunch, four menus are available to choose from; in the evening, we serve seasonal à la carte dishes. The restaurant has 80 seats in the indoor area and 90 seats in the garden with a view of the Josefwiese. In the nearby Bogen F, which also belongs to the Stiftung Netzwerk, concerts take place regularly. The event venue can additionally be rented for private celebrations and corporate events and transforms into a café bar on concert-free weekends. The employees of both establishments work closely together. As part of our work integration project, we offer supervised training positions and daily structures for young people and young adults with difficult access to the first labor market. In your role as Head of Service of the Restaurant Viadukt, you are responsible for smooth processes as well as the organization of the entire service area. You lead the service team, actively work in service, and complete necessary administrative tasks. In cooperation with professionals from social work, you also ensure comprehensive support for the participants of the work integration project. You are a flexible, customer-oriented, and strong leadership personality with professional training in gastronomy as well as professional experience. You enjoy committing yourself to an innovative and interdisciplinary team and attach great importance to high quality. Independent and careful working is just as natural to you as taking on responsibility. In hectic phases or during higher workloads, you maintain an overview and your sense of humor.
