As ICT & Processes, we provide comprehensive IT and project services and conduct business analyses for our clinics in Switzerland and the central departments.

YOUR TASKS ##

• On-site support in 1st and 2nd level (server, network, client environment) as well as management of the CMDB and documentation
• Ticket processing: receipt, processing and if necessary forwarding of error messages as well as instruction and support of users in questions and problems around hardware and software
• Installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, VOIP phones and peripheral devices according to the ICT standard catalog
• Installation, support and further development of clinic-specific applications as well as hardware in the field of medical informatics
• Optional on-call service within the team organization
• Planning, coordination and implementation of releases and updates (life cycle management)
• Active participation in projects and leadership of small sub-projects
• Takeover of the function as a professional trainer after successful training (1-2 trainees)

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Training as an ICT specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• At least two years of experience in ICT support, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Pronounced analytical skills
• Service-oriented way of working, high degree of self-responsibility and communication skills in German and English
• Driver's license category B
