• Guaranteeing the hygienic regulations of the food police
• Responsible for cleanliness in the kitchens and storage rooms
• Creating mise en place and offerings per station
• Precise implementation of recipes and cooking methods at a high level
• Creative co-design of the offerings

• Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
