Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to work on digital transformation projects within a stimulating and collaborative environment. Your missions Participate in pre-project phases (feasibility studies, analyses, costing). Facilitate workshops with business units and support stakeholders. Design and manage the roadmap as well as the product backlog. Guarantee the functional quality of ServiceNow solutions and their compliance with standards. Perform functional analyses, design reviews, and support projects until deployment. Participate in testing, support, and continuous improvement. Ensure regular reporting and provide your expertise to project teams. Your profile Higher education in computer science (HES, EPF, University or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis on ServiceNow. Excellent mastery of AppEngine and CSM modules. Solid skills in functional analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management. Good knowledge of data modeling, development processes, and design best practices. A plus: Agile experience.
