The Regional Employment Offices (ORP) of the canton of Vaud, attached to the Direction générale de l'emploi et marché du travail (DGEM), are responsible for assisting clients in their job search and supporting employers in recruiting personnel. They play a key role in the implementation of employment policy and the fight against unemployment.
In your capacity as administrative staff coordinator, you ensure a key role in the organization of activities and process all requests related to ORP services.
You supervise back-office activities, notably the processing of vacancies as well as registrations for labor market measures (MMT). You are also responsible for the planning and organization of the administrative team's work.
You act as the relay for the Head of Office in the operational management of the administrative team's activities and contribute to the fluidity of internal processes.
In direct contact with clients, you ensure professional reception and respond to their requests efficiently. You also take part in electronic document management (GED), guaranteeing the digitization and rigorous processing of received documents.
