HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner Your responsibilities <br /> • Act as HR Business Partner for the Sales organization in Switzerland, Austria, and Benelux. • Collaborate with management on all HR topics, including personnel planning, budget, talent management, and organizational development. • Support and advise managers in their relations with employees, performance management, disciplinary actions, and complex HR situations. • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from needs planning to contract signing. • Design and coordinate training and development initiatives, leadership programs, and HR workshops. • Lead local and international HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and HR governance activities. • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor legislation, company policies, and HR standards. • Monitor HR indicators (KPI) and provide analysis to support business decisions. • Coordinate payroll, personnel administration, and HR system (SAP HR/Clockodo) activities. • Assume the role of reference for Health & Safety at Work for the Sales organization. • Support post-acquisition integration activities (M&A), including organizational design, talent retention, and change management. • Manage the company fleet and coordinate a team Office resource. <br /> Your profile <br /> • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. • Experience in international, multi-site, or matrix organizations is an advantage. • Experience in managing HR projects, organizational change, and stakeholder management. • Fluent German & Italian (required). • English and/or French: preferable • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and main HR processes. • Proactive, resilient, solution-oriented, and operational approach. • Availability for regular travel (20%) <br /> About us UNITED MACHINING is one of the world's leading providers of complete solutions for precision component and tool manufacturers and the mold industry.
